Reservations agent interview questions shared by candidates
The floor manager was very casual and polite. He asked me around six questions in total. Here are a couple: 1) Describe a time when you had to interact with a difficult client. What was the situation, and how did you handle it? 2) Tell me about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality was very different from yours and how you made it work?
By providing examples of past experiences. Did not over think my answers and was honest when answering all six questions.
STAR Interview (1) Witness someone doing something against store policy (2) Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer (3) Witnessed a safety risk and what did you do (4) What is your learning style (5) Cant remember exactly but its about naming a time where something additional was thrown at you to complete in a short amount of time (6) Handling a difficult situation.
