How did you differentiate your products and company in your previous experience?
I described a strategic sales process where I was successful. The differentiation was based on the product advantages. The company advantages include broader product line, flexibility, price competitiveness, customer service.
I found the questions not to be difficult, I could answer on any level. I was told after the interview, that I was well spoken and knew what the job entailed.
My answer to this would be the question I posed to the interviewers: "What do you like best about working at iCarnegie?" When they all hesitated to respond, I should have gone running in the opposite direction.
