I found this site that has the same CCAT as crossovers and just took that a bunch of times. crossoverccat[DOT]com I recommend this for anyone that has the proctored CCAT coming up. 1. Show courtesy and concern towards the customer for having gone through a negative experience. Acknowledge the effor they put forth to get to this point like explaining a situation multiple times or having to call and speak to several different people...long hold times (you get it). Repeat the issue for clarification. Probe the custoemr for additional information. Right fit a solution that is tailored to the customers needs. Move the conversation forward and ask for sale.
