What do you know about Hiscox?

I'd done a bit of research so I was able to reply that I knew what sort of insurance they offer as they're not the usual run of the mill type of company. They cover a lot of business insurance that you've probably never needed to know about, so do your homework before you go to an interview with them. Less

I found this site that has the same CCAT as crossovers and just took that a bunch of times. crossoverccat[DOT]com I recommend this for anyone that has the proctored CCAT coming up. In the 3rd part of the interview where I met the hiring manager in person, they gave me a basic senario where a customer was upset from a previous negative experience and was looking for assistance choosing the best vacation package based off some background info that was provided 15 min prior to roleplaying a phone call of the senario. The question was: how do you assist the customer.

2 Answers

1. Show courtesy and concern towards the customer for having gone through a negative experience. Acknowledge the effor they put forth to get to this point like explaining a situation multiple times or having to call and speak to several different people...long hold times (you get it). Repeat the issue for clarification. Probe the custoemr for additional information. Right fit a solution that is tailored to the customers needs. Move the conversation forward and ask for sale. Upsell where necessary. Give customer resolution with strong recap (this is what you called in about and what we covered). End call. Less

They attempt to learn the local insurance business by interviewing brokers doing a mock presentation. Then attempt to hold on to interview materials. Less
