Rarely any technical questions. If they like you, you're basically already in. These interview I felt were just a formal way of checking it off.

Can you give me an example of a situation when you had to deal with a team member not willing to cooperate and if so, please explain how you handled the situation?

All the manager want to know is what you do on your past job? He also ask why did you leave your current position? I just listen and ask questions pertaining to the job requirements.
