I took the time to fill out the application online, spent 30 minutes on a telephone pre-interview and another hour telephone interview there should be a common decency to email or mail a rejection letter. It's like the date that says they will call you....right!

Very few questions outside of the electronic personality test everyone is required to take prior to the interview. Very long multiple choice question where the receiver of the test can see if you are red, yellow or green. A green means you are a good employee - passive, follows instructions. Yellow means you are a good candidate for management but not employee material and red can be good or bad depending on the reviewer. Red might be a good manager but never a good employee. The interview itself was standard, I was asked about previous employment and why I wanted to work for Kroger.
