My experience with Customer Service and my philosophy for Customer Service.
I have been in Customer Service in one capacity or another for at least 40 years. I customers as both internal and external and try to do my best to serve both internal and external customers. If I cannot immediately solve a customer's issue or answer a question I work for an answer or solution until there is one and maintain consistent contact to keep the customer notified of a resolution or that I am continuing to resolve the issue or get an answer. I am experienced in Customer Service in Print Production with multi-million dollar customers including Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Clorox and Unilever. So I also have experience handling constantly changing multi-level complex questions and issues for a wide variety of high value customers
