Not familiar with marketing, but as with past experiences I dealt with keeping a great open relationship with the customers, being that customer service is a top priority when it comes to profitable businesses.
Although you may see a lot of people interviewing, they really care about hiring the right fit for the company. Keep it kosher and be enthusiastic. People who don't have a great attitude when coming to an interview/ during the interview won't even be spent a lot of time with.
