What does a client mean to you?

I took the Watson-Glaser test, I don't know what the AVN test consists of. The Watson-Glaser was like a multiple choice-type test where 1 or more of the answers could be correct but I had to choose the best one. I found some of them to be difficult because it was hard for me to decide which to choose, but other people may find it fairly easy. I don't know what my results were, but I passed! Less

What did the critical thinking test consist of and how difficult was it? because I got emailed the link to test the AVN test or critical thinking questionaire and i really do not want to fail. I thank you dearly. Less

Would I accept a $35,000 salary with bonus? Filled out application on line. I after about 2 weeks I received a phone call. I declined due to the low base salary. I would not relocate to a potential 55-66k job. Although I understand it is Entry Level, if it was in my own area I probably would have inquired more about the job. But after the initial news, I declined to further the interview.

Yes, I did answer it. I said no. Filled out application on line. I after about 2 weeks I received a phone call. I declined due to the low base salary. I would not relocate to a potential 55-66k job. They offered a base in the mid 20s with expected 1st year income 30-40k (not a typo). Average regional income for the same position/same experience is 52-75k. Call center reps AT APRIA IN THE SAME REGION make 38-85k by comparison, requires 0 experience/education. When asked why there was such a disparity despite the TM job being a 'vertical promotion,' I received no response or explanation. Literally, silence. Took the recruiter an average of 4 days to return my email/phone call 3 times over 4 weeks. Obviously I declined as well. Feb 2016. Less

Asked by Reg. Mgr -What would you say if I told you I don't give a sh*t about budget?

2 Answers

What he doesn't tell you (and probably doesn't know) the rest of the business world defines budget in a certain way. At DT they use the word Budget to describe a sales goal. Again though, how are you to answer to someones opinion? Dumb question and yes he did use profanity. Less

The word "Budget" may be defined in various ways, depending on the industry and/or company, Whether it's a sales goal or the bottom line in a P&L report, if the powers-to-be don't give hoot about how they define "budget", then they don't give a hoot about their business...period. Less

I did not get an interview although I couldn't understand how over 15 years of experience training adult learners in sales and technology didn't qualify.

Consider yourself lucky. They probably didn't want to pay top dollar for the experience you brought to the table. The team there looks for 'yes men' to comply with orders and not think creatively or 'out of the box' - despite them saying you are 'empowered to do great things'. Less
