Project plan is a tracking and monitoring tool through which agreed upon scope, cost, quality, and schedule are mentained through out the project life cycle

Project plan is document that will tell as a project manager how I'm going to run the project from start to finish. How I will manage scope, resources, risk, quality, time, communication, and etc.

You may get some questions regarding what you would do in certain IT situations, such as "the difficult customer" or "Exchange wont send mail" or other general question. Be prepared for wiring, telephony, PBX, command line, or other legacy questions. Know Exchange setup and configuration for clients on an active directory domain.

The leadership team tended to be "out of step" with current trends in industry so there were not any difficult or unexpected questions. What was unexpected was a comment regarding a degree of disbelief in my well documented experience. In retrospect, that may have been more of a reflection on the time it takes to make progress on more initiatives due to the culture there.
