School director Interview Questions

My heart was telling me to use my talents to do something that mattered to a great number of people who otherwise could not afford me.

Explained working with a wide range of children and adjusting behavior and expectations accordingly.

That it'd be presumptuous of me to furnish answers before knowing more about what they;re doing now.

After several technical questions, this question really worked to open the dialogue between the interviewer and myself. I answered with my current reading list and this enabled me to give the interviewer insight to my personality.

Answered based my experience working with children prescribed medications by their PCP or psychiatrist.
