why do you think you are better qualified for the job? how did you resolve a conflict with a team member? Tell us something about yourself?

There werent'e any tough questions that I didn't expect. The behavioral questions are always the hardest, but I had prepared and read on some questions to expect during an interview, so there weren't any questions that were extremely difficult that weren't expected.

What's one negative thing your supervisor would say about you? (I was totally unprepared for this question.)

Do you have experience with XXXXXXX accounting system? If so, what features do you like and what features do you dislike?
