It is a grueling process that you must go through again in order to advance to the next attorney level. In the initial interviewing process, there is a panel of three people who ask you questions about your answers to the essay questions. I think they just want an idea of your speaking/presentation skills. At the second interview, they asked me questions about how I solved problems at my current employment
