I was asked what would I do to improve the course and make it more comprehensive. for example I was asked specifically what subjects would I keep and which ones I would get rid of and why. Then when I would choose one I would be asked why I would keep it or get rid of it. and how this would impact the course over a five year period.

The #1 complaint that you will encounter is why Oracle continues to raise their prices at rates higher than inflation. You simply need to explain that Oracle has cornered the market on key business critical applications through acquisition and that they can either pay the increased price or go elsewhere. Since there is no "elsewhere", the customer will grudgingly concede and you can go on your merry way. Less

Really none. they were all straight forward. Based on the "behavioral based" question types, I was a little shocked that they asked me, at the end of the interview, "Why should we hire you"? This is an older question that I've seen long before behavior based questioning was accepted as the norm.

I bring experience about what works and what doesnt from other companys and am not shy about bringing up what I've learned and suggesting it and incorporating it with the new company. In short, I'll make your department better based on the things I've learned and seen that work well. Less
What would you if one of the administrators were to suddenly walk into your classroom with students present?

I view Administration members as civilian dignitaries--much like a Secretary of Defense. Therefore, unless the students are heavily engaged in some specific activity that would prevent them from doing so, I would very naturally call the cadets to ATTENTION. Less
