The #1 complaint that you will encounter is why Oracle continues to raise their prices at rates higher than inflation. You simply need to explain that Oracle has cornered the market on key business critical applications through acquisition and that they can either pay the increased price or go elsewhere. I view Administration members as civilian dignitaries--much like a Secretary of Defense. Therefore, unless the students are heavily engaged in some specific activity that would prevent them from doing so, I would very naturally call the cadets to ATTENTION. Less
