How have you handled conflict with an employer in the past?

I described a minor conflict with a previous boss (nothing major that would make me look bad), then described I brought it up to my boss. The PetSmart Manager asked how my boss reacted? And I said that my boss disagreed with me, but I basically handled it by communicating and always being respectful to the employer

I know you were making $80k at your last job, but would you be willing to accept a Jr. position here for $30k less?

I was asked very specific G/L accounting entries for various revenue item such as what account to debit and credit. I was also what type of account number the G/L should have when entering transactions

Nothing out of the ordinary. There weren't any difficult questions, just a lot of repetition
