I handle things pretty well. I am very easy going and if I see trouble coming from a co-worker I will and I have approached that person and get it all ironed out before it gets to out of control. And makes for an unhappy atmosphere for you and the people you ll work with.
this is a question I always have trouble answering, and I think it's because I feel anything we do for a patient should be labeled as compassion and done with the thought of if it were you of your family member in their place how would you want to be treated. So to me there is no going over and beyond just put yourself in their shoes and you will see it as normal. I hope this is understood in the spirit it was written in.
I personally prefer to work alone at times only because I find it peaceful and able to concentrate better, however, working on a team can be rewarding with a sense of togetherness on one accord for the purpose of the patients and their family.
