I was asked to do a mock interview with the person interviewing me - in other words the tables were turned. I have never had that happen before and enjoyed the challenge. Interviewing is what I do best and it gave me the opportunity to shine.
Pretty basic questions, but one manager asked me out of the box questions trying to read my personality. It was a very junior questions and was not very professional. If some of these managers are going to continue to interview positions outside their speciality they should be given guidelines or taught how to interview.
