PPC stands for pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Essentially, it's a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to “earn” those visits organically. Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC.
I believe this company does not believe in having a diverse group of individuals and are primarily interested in people who come from a conservative, Caucasian background. There are large corporations that manage to correspond with those they interview to inform them on whether they have progressed in the process or not, therefore a boutique agency such as this should have no problem doing so. Furthermore, arriving on time and being informed about candidates is important for all who will be in an interview, or else it's a waste of time. In 2014, companies need to be more diverse and inclusive to all ethnics, social classes, genders, veterans, and/or sexual orientations if a candidate matches qualifications and demonstrates passion and expertise for a position.
