The online portion of the interview was multiple choice with truly embarrassing options to choose from. The phone interview was much more professional. I was asked what my current hourly rate /salary is and I've been told several times over past 3 weeks that I would be hearing something regarding an offer but continue to be strung along. My only guess to this was that they can't compete with my salary expectation. "Training" would involve an unknown period of time at my own expense, despite extensive experience and training in FEES already. Furthermore, I'd be committed to 18 months of employment with DMS or else owe the company all the training dollars (CEUs). So many red flags in this company. SHADY! Less
