There was a conflict in this engineering company between the person whom the boss do give money to pay his colleagues unfortunately he used to give his fellow workers less than he was being given.To me as a social worker I advised the boss to have a meeting where by all the workers could write down their challenges without writing their names on those small papers,through this method the boss got to know about the less money being paid without the other person who was in charge didn’t identify who wrote so the boss talked to him and the conflict was solved.
