The customer wants you to meet their expectations of service, that this can only be achieved if you, as leader, are ensuring this. You are always observing, correcting, coaching, this proper way of service. You must instill in your crew the understanding that we are honored that you the customer selected us to serve you. That this translates to a desire to be a customer advocate. That this advocacy is a charge to do your utmost to ensure the best service, price and outcome. I'm a hard worker, responsible person. I'm available M-F 7A-7P. I don't mind to rotate every 3th or 4th weekend. I my have problem on my new job since this is a Home Infusion company, Not only making most of IV Meds, but also Pharmacist need to know most of the IV supplies such as different type of IV catheters, central lines, peripheral lines.
