Tell me about a time when you had to provide difficult feedback to someone in Senior management related to them? This was a difficult one because the one that I chose to share was able to be partially flipped back at me (as if I may have taken the situation out of context). Didn't cost me the job, but it did cause a doubt in the interviewer's mind.

There were no difficult questions asked. The interviewer wanted to understand my background, experience, aspirations. He asked me to review my career from University to date.
