Ambition is a stationery goal and we would arrive at it as we have already set it as one of our goals and the moment we accomplish it we get confused as we don't know where to go further. In other case as aspiration is always dynamic (ex: becoming a best human being in the world) which would keep us busy always and avoids confusion. In essence aspiration should be enhancing perception to the level where we would arrive at self-actualization state that has been highly emphasized by Stephen Kovey in one of his best seller's books(7 habits of highly effective people) Less
