Most questions were geared towards why I wanted to work at Honeywell, if I would be willing to do various jobs, travel, etc. No behavioral questions - mainly get-to-know-you type things

(I paraphrase) 'you talked about your experience documenting maintenance for future use in diagnosing issues with your maintenance program, could you give me an example of a time where you and your team actually used that documentation to troubleshoot a failure, and what steps you took to fix the issue?'

"Planner." I elaborated with personal and professional examples. The follow up question was "what do you do when things don't go to plan?" I didn't have a specific example, but explained that unplanned events are quite common, and you simply must adjust. Less
