Talent management interview questions shared by candidates
The questions were not necessarily difficult as they were frustrating. When you're subjected to an interview by a Manager who clearly lacks the skill-set and knowledge to competently assess a candidates predictability index of success, it becomes quite frustrating to decipher what they are asking.
Questions specific to technical aspects of the role were particularly difficult. Expected more behavioral ("name a time when") but was asked more "how do you do this".
