Tax examining technician interview questions shared by candidates
They want very much detail that sometimes is very time consuming to look back and find. If you combine employment with company that changed it's name 3 times the background investigation will wonder why you did not list each individually. For years you are out of work they want exact dates.
They want unreasonable results at the expensive of only their lower level employees. They expect much more integrity from employees than they require from the taxpayers. Management is constantly changing and adding work and responsibility to the workforce with no care of how unreasonable or how impossible it was to do the work previously. How difficult they make it on the workers is not a consideration or care.
