I knew this was going to be a question that everyone had so I asked a lot about the day to day duties, asked about the firm in general - for example, how did the firm handle the housing market crash in 2008 because it speaks to how they would handle another crash in the future...etc. Phrase my questions around firm culture, things I'm passionate about (female leadership) and let them know I'm looking for a future here. Most of the interview was me asking my questions about the firm. After I got an answer, I responded with how my attributes and work/school experience applied to their answer. In the round table, I made sure to ask some questions. I'm not sure how they can evaluate candidates in that session, other than on whether they asked a question or not. Less
