How honest are you?36 Answers
100% honest, only lied once in my life.-Now
Not very, including the answer to this question...
I'm so honest that working for a company that has an employee rating of only 2.0 out of 5 was one of my last choices of potential employers.
Honest enough to inform you, your question sucks
There is honest and dishonest. I don't believe in variable honesty. That's not to say that I am honest nor perfect, but being honest indicates depth of character. And I strive to be honest.
Shooot. Did I say you look like a great company to work for? Need I say more?
"It's my biggest character flaw" .... "I don't think honesty is a flaw..." "I don't care what you think."
Always completely honest. Which if I was a liar, then I'd be lying. But if I said I was always lying about everything, would I be lying about that too? Therefore the question is fundamentally flawed
Average honesty. Is this a critical requirement that nobody else could fill?
This statement is false.
I am as honest as your question is. You decide the percentage of honesty to your question & the same would be the answer to your question.
How honest do you need me to be?
i'm not...therefore i am...
Every person has it's price beyond which there is no honesty in anyone. We are only as honest as we feel, at the moment of temptation. If we knew that we could get away with murder, we would murder anyone who stopped us or said no to us...which is every day.
I am the most honest dishonest person there is.
Pretty fu@king honest
Very. Honestly - trust me.
Well..... since this position is to be your Executive Assistant... let's clarify the question.... - when you ask How Honest are you - do you mean, like ,,,being honest when it comes to covering for your rear end when your wife keeps asking me if you're having an affair with the 23 year old blond bimbo down the hall here ? ....well ... I don't have to be honest about THAT ...if you don't want me to be ...I guess
That's a strange question...Why do you ask ? Are you running some kind of organized crime ring out of this company or something ?
I don't like your company.
Honest enough to tell you I don't want to work for a company with a 2 star rating on glassdoor.com
I'm pretty honest.. I'm a computer genius :) But these days I wonder whether I'm really much good anymore
I lie in every sentence, so I am very dishonest. Notice this ANswer is a paradox, If what I say was true, then I am infact being honest in this question, answering truthfully. If what I said was false, it meant that I am a honest person but I just lied to you about being honest.
If i am answerable to my Soul, you will Find me amongst the Top People in the List of honesty.
depending upon your understanding capacity. you are the judge to mesure my honesty.
Very honest, but that doesn't mean that I will disclose everything.
How honest are yooouu?
As honest a human can be
You would not know it if not familiar with me and my answer or most people can express is 'i'm very honest"
"That suit looks nice on you!"
4 out of 5
What an interesting questions. If I tell you that I am an honest person, I could be lying, which in tern makes me a liar. I could be telling the truth, and actually be an honest person, but how would you know? Would a liar really call themselves a liar, or would they lie and state that they are honest? I think my actions would speak louder than my words. Please, feel free to contact my previous employers, as well as the references I have provided. They can tell you about their personal experiences with me, and then you can determine from that information if I am an honest person or not. Personally, I feel that I am as honest as I can be.
If I told you I was dishonest, I would be lying.
I'm probably the most honest person you will ever meet. Honesty died with the old timers. Sadly but true.
As honest as I need to be, but no more.
Write a function in Java that will take a sorted array of ints, possibly with duplicates, and compact the array removing all the duplicate numbers. That is, if the contains the numbers - 1, 3, 7, 7, 8, 9, 9, 9, 10, then when the function returns, the contents should be - 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10. Be sure your answer is as efficient as possible. Describe the efficiency of your algorithm using big O notation.5 Answers
create temp array; starting from the second element copy the i'th char if input[i-1] != input[i] return temp
oh efficiency is O(n)
you can't create a temp array because you don't know the size until after you process. you could count the number of dupes in one pass, then allocate the array, then do the compacting. or you could allocate the array equal to the size of the original and accept that some elements will be null (or -1, or whatever). or you could use some dynamic data structure like an ArrayList to build the compacted list and convert it to an array at the end (ArrayList.toArray(...)). regardless, it's still O(n) and uses 2x the memory. makes me think there's a more elegant solution though.
do bitwise XOR of consecutive numbers. When the xor is 0, you know the number is duplicate. It will require single pass thru the array to identify number of duplicates in the array.
you can also use 2 index, at the beginning they both = 0, then you will have a previous and a next, if previous value = next value increment next index until next value != previous value then increment previous index by 1 and assign "next value" to it and so forth until you "next index reach the end of the array and then increment all previous index assigning null or -1. O(n) without using 2x memory. Anyway, I hope it is not too confusing, its late but I hope you got the big picture.

Can you please tell more about onsite interview?
It was from around 10am to around 3-4pm, many 1:1 interviews with other team members, team leader, HR, and other people in the company. Interview with team members and the team leader was mostly technical to see how smart you are, how fast/well you can code, and other questions related to the position. Interview with HR, and other people in the company was just general, introduce you to the company's business, what they do. And the purpose was, I think, to see how you like and fit in the company's culture.
Thanks a lot. Really appreciate it. Can you be please more specific about onsite questions they were asked. That would immensly help me !
Yes, it would be really helpful if you could give the topics or questions of the technical rounds of the interview

Thanks :). Happy Holidays.
If Motorola, Pace, and cisco and most of all Comcast even knew 1 tenth of how CTDI is screwing and lying to all of them, CTDI would be out of business in a day. Someone with more balls than me should report them.
"What would you do if it was 4:30 PM on a Friday before your vacation and I came in with a job that I needed to have done by Monday morning?"4 Answers
I would answer the question by saying how long would the job take and if I work over 5pm would I get paid overtime for it.
I would laugh
I would reply Absolutely! I can stay tonight and complete it. I dont leave till tomorrow. Or I can do it, Can I come in early tomorrow and complete as I dont leave till 4p Sat.
I would definitely complete it, I don't see why I can't do it if I'm not leaving until the next day. We have to always be professional and walk the extra mile.
Name a time when you had to overcome objectives to get the sale3 Answers
Being in sales you always have to overcome objective
How is the job going now? Is it worth the $8 salary? How are the comissions working out? I have a interview next week.
I no longer work at Comcast, however it was a cool place to work at many of the employees in the tele-marketing department are students. So the part time aspect of the department fit their schedules. If you are a decent sales rep you can easily meet your quota. and reaching your quota you will do good. Good luck Oh yeah they offer free cable and internet but I think its $5-$10 per month for the Phone.
You have a problem employee that you must fire as soon as possible and you have to change the store out for a brand new promotion the next day. Would you fire the employee first or wait until the store closed and put up the new promotional material?3 Answers
Fire the employee.
fire the employee based on your instructions. Fire the employee, suck it up and do the promotional material after employee leaves. I am sure you will need to communicate the firing to HR ASAP.
Complete the project.
Tell me about a time when you couldn't meet a deadline?4 Answers
Always hard to answer as you know they want to know your process.
I won't waste your time, I cannot remember a time I could not meet a deadline. Meeting a deadline is crucial for the next process to begin so not making one is not an option.
They want you to be trutheful here, and give an example where you missed a deadline. The important piece is how you followed through after missing the deadline.
In the military my 40 roommates and I hated each other. We all had the same Alpha Male attitude. One day we were assigned to clean our room in approximately one hour. This also included our lockers, all for inspection. As you can already guess we did not complete the task at hand. We as young soldiers decided to focus on our individual lockers and not the room we shared. We spent to much of our time on ourselves not the team. This was at the beginning of training. The final week as a platoon we were given the same task however this time only 45 minutes. With hard work and team work, setting pride aside, we were able to finish the task at hand. This time we focused on keeping our wall locker clean throughout training in order to work on the bigger project, the room.
Die Hard question - you have two containers, one holds 3 gallons, one holds 5 gallons, unlimited supply of water. How do you get exacly 4 gallons in a container?5 Answers
Watch Die Hard
Fill the 3 gal jug up and pour 3 gal into 5 gal jug. Fill the 3 gal jug back up and pour into the 5 gal jug filling it up, leaving 1 gal in the 3 gal jug. Pour out entire 5 gal jug emptying it and pour the 1 gal from the 3 gal jug in the 5 gal jug. Fill the 3 gal jug back up and pour all 3 gal in the 5 gal jug giving you 4 gal.
Fill the 5 gal container up and fill the 3 gal container up using the water in 5 gal container. So far there are 2 gal water left in 5 gal container. Then pour all the water in 3 gal container and fill it again with the 2 gal water in 5 gal container. Finally fill up the 5 gal container again and use the water in 5 gal container to fill the 3 gal container. Then there are 4 gal water left in the 5 gal container.
Fill both buckets completely. Then dump half of each bucket. That gives you 4 gallons. 5+ 3 = 8. 8/2 is 4 gallons. Half of the 5 gallon bucket is 2.5 and half of the 3 gallon bucket is 1.5. 1.5 + 2.5 = 4.
Trick question. Just because each container CAN hold 3 gallons and 5 gallons, doesn't mean that they currently do. So, fill both containers to full. You now have 8 gallons. Throw half of each container away, leaving you with 1.5 and 2.5 gallons. Tip the 1.5 into the 2.5 and voila!
