Nothing is THAT importatnt, they want to know that you can speak professionally, and will fit into the positive company culture. Be upbeat and personable, they would rather hire and work with people they can be friends with than with somebody with a ton of experience who can't speak naturally or might be a pessimist. The phone interview is not very relaxed, expect harder interview questions (what is your greatest weakness). You may have one or a few people do the in person interview, depending on what departments are hiring and where they think you may fit. This is more relaxed, though you should stay professional. Bring your personality. Be personable.The company manages therapy treatment for patients with worker's compensation claims. You will be communicating with insurance companies, therapy offices, and patients, to schedule care/monitor progress/report it to insurance company.
