What's your take on the timeless saying "the customer is always right"?
Best answer is to say you treat each customer fairly and impartially, and you come to work everyday prepared to do everything in your power to ensure the best possible customer experience. A satisfied customer is far more important than any perceivable short-term losses incurred. Both complete satisfaction and dissatisfaction are compounding (ie. customers usually tell their friends/family where to shop & where not to take their business)
The only difficult part of the interview is the test you have to take that determines if you are trustworthy to work for the company. It's really really hard to pass and they won't hire you if you don't pass.
