Overall, i enjoyed the interview process. I use glass door when interviewing, and read comments from anyone that doesn't get the job. They are usually defensive comments and criticize everything. When in reality, should never have applied to begin with. I didn't receive an offer, but feel the interview was great from start to finish.
Phone interview (Marc) was very professional and made me feel comfortable with answering questions and giving a true sense of myself. I was able to speak on my history and skills, leading to the first interview. The interview as standard with a mix of questions around my work. After about 5 minutes, i realized i may have applied for a job i was under qualified for. I decided not so show my work, based on the questions i was being asked-both simple and complex. The developers i interviewed with were very nice, intelligent , thorough, and i learned alot just talking with them and appreciate the time spent on the day. I do intend on re applying in the future when a role is available that is more aligned with my skills.
Finally , i then received a notification that i did not make it to the 2nd round. I appreciated the kind words and the overall experience was worth posting for others to hear. If you are looking for a job and a want to interview, i give you my endorsement to interview with thundertech. Great environment, nice people, and very welcoming.
