They had a game of 20 questions in order to see your troubleshooting process, and they will choose something at random. Basically, they want to see your process; whether or not you get the right answer is not the emphasis.

About the previous technical support experience?

The hardest thing was simply doing the computer tests before the interview. There is one to see how fast you can type. Then one to see how well you can listen to a customer on a call. There is one more that I cannot recall at the moment. But in the interview there were no really tough questions. Just a casual conversation, really.

Give an example of how you have gone above and beyond in helping a customer?

My school didn't focus too much on LDAP, so when they asked about LDAP I bombed those questions.

If a customer had an issue viewing content on their website, how would you go about diagnosing the problem?
