How do you manage group dynamics?

Really read the product and be confident with what you're saying. They aren't looking for a real answer, more like looking for someone who is confident enough to try.

I would easily take 40k...I have an interview tomorrow and I can only hope they offer that salary! I have about 4 months recruiting experience during an internship.

If you get an interview, let them see your personality. Their corporate culture is important to Navy Federal so they are big on finding the right person to fill their positions.

I gave a detailed response regarding my experience and training.

Offer them to help refer them to Agencies whom specifically deal with these issues, while ensuring them I am there, but listen, not advise...that only one person walks in their shoes, allow them to own their future. Remind them of how proud of their ability to confess this, as this is the first step to recovery, and ensuring they and their children remain safe.
