Nothing too difficult. Maybe: "Tell me about a time when you had a difficult customer, and how did you handle it?"
I had an irate customer who had their car scratched by the carwash I worked at, and they were very upset. I talked in a slow and calm manner so the customer would match my voice level. I explained the process of filing a damage claim, and took pictures of the scratches. I then told them that we would take care of the scratches (as it was a brand new car), and the customer was calmed down after she learned it would be a free and easy fix.
