Expected me to state a salary range without having offered me a job. When I asked if we were at the stage of them formally providing an offer of employment, I got a nothing response. Effectively, they wanted to pressure someone into working for peanuts.
Asked them to confirm if they were at the point of providing an offer, which they did not answer. As such, refused to name a salary range and asked them to state what they were willing to pay me. Again, got no response. Effectively, they wanted some eager to work for peanuts.
