Nurse sending something stat, patient checking out, phone ringing, new patient coming in and angry doctor. I would think the stat is most important. The phone should be answered because it maybe about the new patient coming in. The new patient is generally being tended to by nursing staff. The angry doctor has to wait. The patientchecking out will be in a hurry. Less
