When is it okay to touch a child?

It is not OK to touch a child. However, if a child is about to hurt another child then it is OK to intervene for safety reasons. This happened to me once and luckily there were two other adults in the room to witness it and the Principal was called right away. Less

IT IS NEVER OKAY TO TOUCH A CHILD. (I think you are suppose to be angry and yell this. They don't tell you that it is against their policy to ever touch a child until your answer is, "uh, to give them a high five." to which they yell this phrase at you.) Less
