My strength is always being willing to help out whenever or wherever I’m needed, I have been told that this is also my weakness, as I step up before allowing anyone else the opportunity.
I know that by listening to the person that is upset and repeating the problem back to them as I understood them, and letting them know that I will look into the situation and telling them when I will get back to them with the resolution and following through, that is how I calmed the member down, I’ve been successful doing this by phone and face to face.
