I forwarded my profile to company recruiter via their post on LinkedIn for the open position.
1st round - By the company's recruiter which last around 5-10 mins in which the person asked about my work experience.
Positive - Recruiter was very polite in conversation.
Negative - Recruiter didn't brief about their requirement and told if shortlisted then there will be another round which happened.
2ND ROUND - I believe taken by the AM ops in which he asked me about the details of my past work experience. In the end told my that recruiter will get back to me.
Positive - Again the person was very polite in conversation and was listening very well to points. And explained me about their requirements.
Negative - Didn't asked many questions which resulted in that the candidate didn't got much opportunity to express themselves and about their past experience.
Overall experience - overall experience was very disappointed and dissatisfied as after the 2nd round of interview didn't got any feedback.
I called the recruiter after 2-3 days of 2nd round but he told that he didn't got the feedback.
After that I waited for another couple of days and mailed him regarding the feedback but got no response.
After mailing him I called him for the last time and got the feedback that your profile was not relevant which I think is no proper feedback.
Suggestion - pls screen the candidate profile very throughly at first. If the candidate is outstation kindly assess that point properly that do u want the outside candidate or not. I think that was the reason that my profile was not shortlisted.
