I was confident and delivered some fairly run-of-the-mill responses to these questions. It was clear to me that my personality was important and that I came across as "likable", as well as being relocatable.
I said I would try and talk with the manager and see if we can talk rationally and ask her what is it that I am doing that is causing things to be so problematic. And try to reach a mutual agreement on what needs to be done. And if that doesn't work that I would reach out to the supervisor that is over the manager whom I am having a difficult time with.
After the first two interviews went well, I didn't hear back from the GM for over a week. I had almost given up, but he called me back and apologized for the delay. So give it time if you don't hear back right away.
