I believe such study cases are not a fair activity to be proposed for Senior candidates, designers already put long effort in building their portfolio for that purpose and those activities request a lot of (free) work and time from the candidate that has no benefit from it. I proposed that I could arrange a max of 5 hours for the activity (which was not close to be enough for the activity requested), they said I should do what I could in the time I had available and in the end I got the feedback that my study case didn't blow their mind. Overall the impression of the company was great, people were very nice and professional, they gave a great impression and seemed to have good experience and knowledge on their fields. Less
