I answered that I would first seek internal candidate because they should receive first consideration. Then if there were no qualified candidates from this pool I would start with social media (i.e. job boards, etc.) to get the word out that we were hiring. I would also call my peers in other districts/regions to let them know I had open spots in case they had transfers or personnel who knew of people. Less
