1st round: You'll be asked a few questions regarding your background and skills. 2nd round: You'll be given a task regarding writing, you can choose a topic from the given topics and write. 3rd round: If you clear the first two rounds, then you'll have HR round here. You'll be asked questions accordingly by the HR. It completely depends on what you can answer "on spot". Finally, if you're able to clear all these you'll receive a call from the top HR and he will ask a few questions again and will let you know about company, policies, timings, work and etc. And then you'll be given the offer letter.
