It was so easy indicating you will work with people you won’t understand

If you need help passing the CCAT (hardest part of the process in my opinon) I passed it by studying ruthlessly. I found this site that has the same CCAT as crossovers and just took that a bunch of times. crossoverccat[DOT]com I recommend this for anyone that has the proctored CCAT coming up. The salary is $15 / hr which is really good in my country. 40 hours a week min/max. Less

I used the same site as the guy above me crossoverccat it helped immensly, im pretty sure its considered cheating but whatever the questions dont have any real life work impact anyway Less

I got the same task. Should I invest my time in identifying leads and give it to them in charity? Less

They give you a case study which you have to evaluate. You need to spend at least 4hrs ( if you are taking the case study seriously) Less

That's really smart way to generate leads though. I sent my assignment yesterday. I hope it's useful to them. Less

Be grateful, I think you "dodged a bullet", although the service they provide is valuable and important in the health care environment - this company is horrible to their employees. They value profits, above all else - which conflicts greatly from employees at the clinic level who want favorable outcomes for their patients. Less

You dodge a bullet. Consider yourself very lucky that they never called you back. Profits are all they care about. Less

I kept it professional and remained enthusiastic (totally acting) throughout all the interviews. Less

If I were hired, what would be my five-year goals with the company?

3 Answers

I had mentioned that one of my goals would be that I would aspire to be an executive within 5 years. The hiring executive laughed under her breath. Need I say more about her and perhaps the type of people Solar City hires? Less

Logan - Regardless if you believe I'm self-centered or not because of ONE of the personal goals that I mentioned in my interview, do you really think it's appropriate behavior for the interviewer to chuckle at me in a condescending manner? Not sure what your role is at SC, but by not taking responsibility or apologizing for the interviewer's inappropriate behavior in a public forum, you are directly condoning that same behavior. In regards to coming to work for the company and not just yourself - You are right in regards to SC potentially employing me and that I would have been absolutely been part of a TEAM of people who ultimately drive the overall growth of the company. However, the original question was "what are your PERSONAL goals?" Not sure how mentioning my aspirations of moving up the corporate ladder would be an issue, as long as I played my specific role in the overall team. Good luck to you Logan. Less

Sounds like the problem was that you were focusing on yourself rather than the company which is what the hiring agent is looking for in this type of question. It is a gauging question to see where your mindset is at. With no disrespect intended, I wouldnt have put you through either with a self-centered answer like that. I wouldn't mind hearing your personal aspirations because personal drive and growth is important too, but more importantly I want to know what you are planning on for development and growth of the company. After all, you are coming to work for the company not just yourself Less
