Logan - Regardless if you believe I'm self-centered or not because of ONE of the personal goals that I mentioned in my interview, do you really think it's appropriate behavior for the interviewer to chuckle at me in a condescending manner? Not sure what your role is at SC, but by not taking responsibility or apologizing for the interviewer's inappropriate behavior in a public forum, you are directly condoning that same behavior. In regards to coming to work for the company and not just yourself - You are right in regards to SC potentially employing me and that I would have been absolutely been part of a TEAM of people who ultimately drive the overall growth of the company. However, the original question was "what are your PERSONAL goals?" Sounds like the problem was that you were focusing on yourself rather than the company which is what the hiring agent is looking for in this type of question. It is a gauging question to see where your mindset is at. With no disrespect intended, I wouldnt have put you through either with a self-centered answer like that. I wouldn't mind hearing your personal aspirations because personal drive and growth is important too, but more importantly I want to know what you are planning on for development and growth of the company. I used the same site as the guy above me crossoverccat it helped immensly, im pretty sure its considered cheating but whatever the questions dont have any real life work impact anyway f you need help passing the CCAT (hardest part of the process in my opinon) I passed it by studying ruthlessly. I found this site that has the same CCAT as crossovers and just took that a bunch of times. crossoverccat[DOT]com I recommend this for anyone that has the proctored CCAT coming up.
