tried to think up a question being that I wasn't sure who the interviewee was me of the interviwer
Ask something similar to "what would you/team like to see me accomplish during my first 90 days/contract etc..." What additional contributions can I make in addition to the listed requirements" t could be a question used to judge your interest in the job, company, money, potential longevity. Or just a requirement/time filler after they have already lost interest in a candidate.
The most difficult point I experienced from the corporate management interview was, "Based on your caliper test, you are not suppose to be in sales". I really didn't know how to reply to that due to having a resume the shows positive results in sales and recruiting.
