This was a promotional opportunity at my old employer and I had worked for them for almost 8 years. In fact, my old boss was on the panel. I had left the previous job because of an unprofessional work culture. Odd, enough, my old boss asked me to interview! It was a terrible interview, due to disrespect and discourtesy. I knew the moment when they insisted on the interview time and date and were completely inflexible, that I never had a chance and when they kept me waiting 45 minutes, it was a complete waste of time.
