Responsibilities for HR Analyst
- Provide data on employee development best practices
- Administer MBTI and DISC assessments
- Provide analysis of personality test results
- Analyze data relative to performance management program
- Review job description and revise as necessary to ensure appropriate hires
- Analyze pay scale to ensure compliance with wage and labor laws
- Make recommendations to leadership on improvements in benefits to attract and retain a quality workforce
- Establish training and development opportunities
Qualifications for HR Analyst
- PHR, SPHR or MBTI or DISC certification, preferred
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Analyst
- Superior communication skills
- Expert with various HRIS applications
- Must have excellent analytical skills
- Skilled in using statistics to developing employee training and retention programs
- Proficient in drafting job descriptions
- Experience administering MBTI and DISC assessments
