I recently joined the ranks of 160's creative team and have been impressed by the level of thinking and conceptuality that I've encountered. There's not one team member that doesn't bring something unique to the table, and brainstorms here are immensely fluid and eventful because there is almost an abundance of big ideas to constantly work with. I've also been blown away by the on-boarding process here. At my last several agencies the on-boarding process consisted of a day (if that) of HR training and then you would be thrown into work and have to learn the accounts and process on your own. At 160 I find that the process is so refined and integral to their success that they take the time to on-board you properly and introduce you to the process and your assigned clients through classes and videos that explain how things work in depth. They have several times said that the key to each team members success is getting integrated into the process, so they are invested in making it very easy for you to get up to speed. The vibe here is energetic, and the pace is fast, but orderly. I think it's that mix of elements that makes this place tick so well.
If you feel you're entitled, think your know everything, or hate to collaborate, you need not apply. I read some of the GlassDoor reviews before joining and they had me concerned, but I've sensed in my time here that if you have your crap together, like to truly share ideas, and are smart you'll go places.
