I have been working at 2020 Companies full-time
It's a job for today. Scheduling has some flexibility.
1. Pay is 15k to 20k less than Samsung direct Field Sales Managers with the exact same responsibilities 2. Poor health care plan 3. I have been on the program since it began 20 months no raises ever 4. No 401k match until you have been with the company 3 years because people don't last that long 5. I was offered a salary and shortly after they told us 10% of the salary was "at risk" meaning you would have to achieve certain KPI's which some you have no control over. The biggest portion of which requires you to push sales people to complete on line trainings which are difficult to get them to do. Now the 10% has changed to a be considered a "bonus" which they tax at 25%, so you lose from tax deductions which no one told anyone about. 5. You are expected to work from home but they don't provide a computer only a Samsung Tablet. When you work from home the time spent is not considered part of your day. 6. Constant conference calls about repetitious issues. Calls are generally negative about what your not achieving. The call time is not factored into your day. 7. Constant scheduling changes
Advice to Management
Treat the people that have been with the program from the start with respect and stop trying to fine reasons to reduce their pay. Offer raises and not contests that no one has control over.
