    I worked at 22nd Century Technologies full-time

None. Well, unless you're related to the CEO like just about almost everyone who works here. Then, you can come in late, leave early, and generally do nothing. This company is nothing more than a cesspool of incompetence and nepotism. There are no pros to working here, except that you learn what to look for in a failing company. I now know exactly what kind of company I don't want to work for anymore. At least there's that.

The upper management demonstrates an insatiable amount of greed, but mostly, but even worse, incompetence. As an IT company, they can barely keep their internal network up and running. Several times during my employment there the company email was down for 2 hours at a time, and the entirety of everyone who worked there was complacent to sit around and watch movies on their phones, instead of trying to work around the issue by completing work by phone calls. There is no drive, everyone who works there has a terrible work ethic. They, procrastinate, goof off, flirt, and don't get work done, and then when crunch time comes around, they're impressed with themselves when they can pull an all-nighter and work in their PJs. I'm sorry, I thought we were adults who learned how to manage our time in college...except that very few of the people working there are either adults or college graduates, as again, they are all nieces and nephews and family friends of the extremely greedy CEO. They apply to contracts on which they have no experience working, or applying, but because they are a economically disadvantaged, minority owned small business, they "check boxes" for other, bigger teaming partners and are awarded work regardless of their competence or past performance history. Then, once they've weaseled their way into getting work, they turn around and try to figure out how to accomplish the work. Oh, and here's the kicker: They bribe their employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor. It sounds unbelievable, because it's unfathomable to nice people with integrity, but it's true. Don't trust any reviews that you read here that are good. They will undoubtedly be written in broken English, and are completely false. Stay away from this company. It's an absolute dumpster fire.

    Advice to Management

Maybe start applying to work you can actually do, and stop putting everyone in our country in danger by performing sub par work just to turn a quick dime. These people are despicable. Thanks for showing me what to watch out for.
