ADP is very client focused. Associate development and nurturing is very key.
ADP can lose focus on compensating employees who have held down a specific role and runs the risk of losing very talented associates to other competitors; There have been instances where women who hold an equal or higher role are not compensated fairly.
Advice to Management
As a leader in Human Capital Management, I implore you to be a leader in equal pay for equal work and be visual and vocal about how this is being accomplished. As a male in this industry, specifically on the technical side, I've worked with some very talented women who could run circles around me, but were somehow under paid. I found that quite shocking.
